So, you heard about Ritter? He’s this super chill American Bulldog that’s about 4 years young. His last crib was in Indiana, but due to some rough patches his family hit, he’s now bunking at the Humane Society for Hamilton County. It’s kind of a bummer how life just throws a curveball sometimes.

The photo that the shelter shared really tugs at your heartstrings, you know? You can see it’s been a tough road for Ritter with having to say goodbye to his humans. The whole ordeal of living in a shelter’s got him all kinds of bluesy. I mean, it’s cold, it’s loud, and it’s nothing like a cozy home cuddle. The poor dude’s heart is on the floor, and he’s not up for looking anyone in the eye or wagging his tail much. Tough to watch, honestly.
